I am just noting down some issues developed due to our inability to respond fast enough in administrative field of e-Governance in India. May be the situation is not much different in our neighbours, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Pakistan, etc. I have no clarity in vision as to how they deal with similar issues in the developed countries, UK, USA, China etc. May be my experiences are just exaggerated, blown up irrationally due to my old age and my growing inability to deal with complex logistics.

My expressions can be modified to acceptable tones, sentiments and sensitivity by skilful professional writers or perhaps by some Google application in future. So just ignore the inappropriate tones if any but do mind and focus on the repeated incidents listed below. Give some method for implementing global discipline to reduce the amplified electronic-psychosomatic amplified noise. There is a limit to which the coding experts for the machine can optimise, and modify the undesirable social behavioural patterns.

Psychotic Cyber crimes "unnoticed" and shamefully neglected by the internet governance in India:

  1. Abuse of SIM cards and mobile phone numbers, owner/user identity and location information
  2. Fraudulent friends and family groups and unsuspected impersonation crimes inducing family divisions, competition and rivalry among family members, property claims and disintegration
  3. Illegal capture, synchronisation and manipulated storage of mobile data in pc, laptop or other mobile devices. A holder of a mobile of higher version gets the ownership of all mobiles of lower versions through pipes
  4. Stealing and manipulating passwords, screen lock and images, videos, face or fingerprints recognition data from mobile, laptop, pc or servers
  5. Abuse of already recognised Identity proof records of aadhar card, voter ID, ration card, bank account numbers, debit or credit card details, and personal details, remotely, making every law abiding citizen feel like an idiot
  6. When something stops streaming or responding, rerouting the data-line, gprs and settings, force the victim mobile to recharge, reboot, and or switch off, resulting in complex trouble shooting, time and money wastage and security loss
  7. Switching back on the mobile device gets one linked to unknown root, storage or boot devices
  8. Further remote experiments, in subsequent days, by deleting, replacing old backups, data or folders in the victim mobile
  9. Show psychotic hypersensitivity and contempt towards the victim's voice, communications, photos or videos and life style and physical limitations through the social media, including street dramas
  10. Auditory, continuous poisonous feedback commentories, through dog-training techniques on distant "visibility" of the victim mobile owner, his/her personal life and private or immediate visible scenes
  11. Synchronised switching on/off public power supply remotely focussing through another individual's eyes on some prefixed, predicted, or wished for images, videos or text on electronic screens remotely
  12. Sexual abuses on the human victim during night and day irrespective of whether the mobile user is bed-resting or nearly dead by migraine headaches
  13. In short, the human rights violations and cybercrimes have been proliferating synchronised through unknown forces in India during the past two decades.
